The Israel Trade Fairs & Convention Center, is undergoing a renovation of its looks, and positions itself at the third millennium, ready and set over the green lawns, featuring a large and modern pavilion in its center, the grandest of its kind in Israel and the Middle East.
Our economical perception attaches priority to the local and international fairs, and in addition provides the opportunity to use the pavilions for a variety of activities: cultural performances, social events, commercial and even personal events, in a variety of styles and possibilities with the maximum flexibility in the production and administration.
We have a tradition which spans many years. Since the center was founded in 1932 as the “Yarid Ha’mizrach” and until now, the phases of its evolvement are intertwined with the history of the nation and the country.
The commencement of the fairs center took place in the area bordering the southern bank of the Yarkon river estuary and the port of Tel Aviv. 1938 saw the laying of the cornerstone of the permanent structures of Yarid Ha’mizrach, of which its icon, is the flying camel – an idea derived from the "Thousand and One Night" stories ,which presents the camel – a symbol of the laid back east, spreading its wings and soars to the skies. In 1983 the fairs and conventions center was constructed at its present location, using and advanced western style. Since then the place is serving as the abode for hundreds of fairs and events, visited by millions from the country and abroad.
The Israel Trade Fairs & Convention Center Ltd. is a municipal company of the city of Tel-Aviv. The board, headed by the chairman Mr. Zvi Yemini and the CEO , Mr. Amir Tamari ADV., manages the Fairs Center as an economical enterprise in all its aspects.

The Israel Trade Fairs Center hosts every year between 45 to 60 fairs and events of a diverse magnitude, starting with one pavilion and up to the use of the entire area of the fairs center. Every year the center is being frequented by some two million people and thousands of exhibitors, in hundreds of fairs and events.
The Israel Trade Fairs & Convention center is located in Tel-Aviv, the heart of capital of Israeli business, with excellent access to all the transportation arteries in the Dan area and the entire country – on the west Netivey Ayalon, on the south Rokach Blvd and the train station , only tens of meters west of the fairs center, and which serves daily some 180 trains from Nahariya in the north to Beer Sheva in the south and Rosh Ha’ayin in the east.
There is plenty of parking area, some 12,000 spaces, in the area of the fairs center and its vicinity. The total land area of the fairs center is 300 dunam or about 75 acres. There are about 15,000 sqm of original exhibiting areas, divided into 9 pavilions of varying sizes, plus the new pavilion, which enables access for vehicle, into the pavilions, via large gates. The pavilions are air conditioned with attached restrooms, have a large electrical capacity, air compressors services, water and sewer to each of the pavilions.
There are also about 40,000 sqm open air exhibition areas, next to the pavilions, on green lawns and matching pavements, in which electric, water and sewer for the exhibitors are available
