General terms:
1.A) These general terms apply to the services rendered by the Israel Trade Fairs & Convention Center Ltd. (hereinafter: The
company) and are an integral binding part of the alliance between the company and the exhibitor, on behalf of the said services
B) These general terms come in addition to the codex for the exhibitors which applies as per the exhibition in which the services are rendered (the codex for exhibitors includes the special rules for the fair and the general terms attached hereby) In the case of any discrepancy between what is mentioned in the general terms and the codex for the exhibitors, the content of these general terms will prevail.
2. A) The prices as per the additional services rendered by the company, are as detailed in the services order form which is attached to the services pamphlet.
B) Any amount for the added services not paid on the date set to be paid, will carry a late fee at the highest rate as offered by Hapoalim Bank, for overdrafts incurrent debit accounts and this for the period from the date when the payment was due till its full execution.
3. A) Date for paying for the services rendered by the company are as follows:
1. At the submission of the services order form to the company – all the payments including deposits, excluding payment as mentioned in paragraph (2) as follows.
2. Payments for communication services’ at any time, immediately on the company’s demand.
B) The bills by the company for payments due will obligate the exhibitor and will serve as decisive and exclusive proof for the sums states in them and for all other details.
4. To any sum the exhibitor must pay the company will be added values added tax according to law, which the exhibitor must pay at any time payment is made of the sum to which the tax is added.
5. As mentioned in the codex for the exhibitors, the company has peonage and the right to place a lien on all the goods of the exhibitor, at any time when a sum is paid to which the tax is added.
6. Cleaning: the company will take care of the general tidiness of the areas used by the public, no including the exhibition booths, which are in the possession of the exhibitor only and he is responsible for their cleanliness ( it is possible to order cleaning services for the booths, for a fee , see services order form.
7. Transportation: the transportation to the fair and from it, including loading and unloading and moving of good in the fair area are all the concern of the exhibitor, his responsibility and on his expense. All the unloading, loading and moving into the pavillion and out of it, will be done only with forklifts and/or another medium for moving. No vehicles are allowed in the pavilion.
8. The admission of equipment into the pavilions at the days of preparation will be done only through the back service gates on the side of the parking lots. The outdoors exhibitors will enter the fair grounds through gate 1.
9. International dispatch and customs agency: the customs agency services are entirely the concern of the exhibitor, his responsibility and on his expense. An exhibitor who elected to use the service of international dispatch and customs agency, must fill in the form in the services pamphlet and/or apply directly to the Amit customs agency to obtain the service. The order of service and payment for it will be done directly to Amit company.
General guideline for exhibitions at the Fair Grounds
Following is a summary of the guidelines and timetable for the construction of the exhibition, subject to the codex of exhibitors in your possession. We request that you follow diligently the guidelines for your convenience and the success of the fair.
Preparation arrangements:
1. The area will be given to the exhibitor only after the exhibit plan was approved by the marketing and department and payments were settled at the accounting department.
2. Ordering services: I ask you to fill in the services order form and return in to us as soon as possible, so we can provide all services on time. Services will be rendered only after payment was made as per the department of maintenance and operation.
3. Admission of vehicles: a vehicle with equipment will enter through the bypassing gates of the fair grounds. Entering the pavilions for the construction of the exhibition will be possible only from the back doors of the pavilions.
4.We ask you not to perform and digging work in the grounds area without preapproval of the maintenance and operation department.
5.End of preparations; the preparation for the exhibition must be concluded one day before the opening of the exhibition (24 hours). At the conclusion of preparations will start to clean the pavilions to make them ready for the exhibition opening. The exhibitors must clear the aisle of any equipment they own, till that time.
6. In the event of an operational issue we ask you to address the maintenance and operation department.
7. On the preparations days any parking of private vehicles (small) in the fair ground is prohibited. After unloading the equipment at the exhibition area, the vehicle must be moved to the appropriate parking area.
8 .During the fair: movements of vehicles of exhibitors or people on their behalf, at the fair grounds, while the fair is open to the public is strictly prohibited!
9. Admission of merchandise and supplies during the fair – we ask you to apply to the maintenance and operation department to obtain an approval. The admission of equipment may be done between 7:30 to 9:00 AM.
10. Admission for exhibitors with a parking tag – every exhibitor is entitled to enter through a bypassing gate, with the parking tag given to him. For safety reasons pedestrians will not be allowed to enter through these bypassing gates
11.Admission with invitations and exhibitor tags – only at the entrance gates for pedestrians (gate 1 and Rokach gate)
12. We ask you to be alert to the events around you. In case of suspicion about of a person or item, you must inform immediately to the security officer or to the representative of the maintenance and operation department.
13. In case of fire – please inform a representative of the maintenance and operation department. We must bring to your attention that according to the instructions by the fire department, every exhibitor must maintain in his booth a fire extinguisher 3 (B/C/F) KG.
14 Arrangement for dismantling and closing: with the conclusion of the fair, the management of the fairs center asks for your cooperation with the closing of the fair. An exhibitor who wishes to leave the content of his exhibit after the closing, we recommend to post a guard or monitor on his behalf for the duration of the night. The fairs center will not be responsible for lose or damage to equipment at the dismantling of the exhibit..
