> Assistance guidelines for the exhibitor
 
  1. Guidelines for design in the exhibition area:

    A. General
    (1) It is prohibited to use drawing pins or nails to hang items in the exhibit.
    (2) It is prohibited to change or dismantle the equipment or the accessories in the exhibit area. Any change will be done only by the contracting company responsible for the construction in the pavilion.
    (3) Companies which are involved in the moving of machinery or heavy equipment – must refrain as much as possible from the leak of oil in the aisles or in the exhibition areas.
    (4) If the exhibitor needs sewage services, water of compressed air, he must inform the company not later than 30 days before the opening of the fair and also the locations of the required points.
    (5) It is prohibited to use ceilings, posts or any other means in an area outside the area allocated for the exhibitor, by the company – according to the exhibitor’s contract.
    (6) Advertising material should not be hanged on walls or areas which are not part of the exhibition area assigned in advance and in writing by the company.

    B. Booths uniformity in the pavilions
    (1) the height of the exhibit in the pavilions will not exceed 2.5 meters.
    (2) In the area of the frontal strip, up to ½ meter, no panels or any other tall exhibit should be constructed. This area is intended for tables and sales counters only.

    C. Exhibits in islands and half islands

    (1) It is prohibited to construct panels or any other tall exhibit at the fronts of the islands. Or half island to the depth of 1 meter. Passed this area it is permitted to build higher, in accordance with the design plan’ which will be pre approved by the company’s architect.
    (2) The front area is intended for sale tables /counters only.

    D. Outdoors exhibits
    (1) It is prohibited to dig, drill extract posts, hurt the tree, electrical boxes and water.
    (2) It is prohibited to position oneself in the outdoor area without coordination with the project manager / director of the maintenance and operations department.
    (3) Companies which exhibit close to electrical boxes are requested not to cover the electrical boxes or attach to it any advertising material.
    (4) You have to distance yourself from the electrical box at least 1.5 meter and provide access to it. The exhibitors must submit to the company’s approval the exhibit plans which will include the manner in which it will be designed, heights, weight of exhibit, content use of accessories and their needs for additional services, not later than 45 days before the opening of the fair.

    To your attention!
    The color of the rug in the rug in the exhibit booths is grey. The number of the exhibit units may change before the opening of the fair. You must contact the marketing department to obtain a new booth number.

  2. The exhibitor hereby declares that that he is aware that each of the above sections is an essential and basic section in the exhibitors codex and he agrees that if all the above section will not be complied in full, the company will have the right to disconnect the electricity supply to the exhibition unit and/or terminate his participation in the fair, without any prior warning.
